CHRIS WOLF
Chris Wolf is Sous Chef at Christopher’s at Wrigley Mansion, where his role blends culinary skill with a deep knowledge of wine and hospitality. He began at the Mansion eager to learn beyond the kitchen—taking tables, bartending, and earning his Level 2 wine certification. That training deepened his understanding of flavor balance and the harmony between food and wine. After exploring other opportunities, he returned to Christopher’s, drawn by the chance to keep growing in a dynamic culinary environment. Before Wrigley, Chris worked at Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain with Chef Beau Macmillan. Off the clock, he enjoys stand-up comedy, exploring new restaurants and bars “for research,” and cooking at home—where he gets to pick the music.
