Tucked into a cozy nook inside the heart of Wrigley Mansion, Jamie’s Wine Bar offers a rotating by-the-glass list, access to the property’s full wine cellar, snacks and shareable small plates. In tribute to the home’s original library, where the wine bar resides, guests can comb the bookshelves featuring wine, culinary and other books rooted in the craft, settle in by the fireplace, and toast to the occasion.

DANIEL WEBBER
Daniel is Wine Director at Wrigley Mansion, bringing both technical expertise and a lifelong passion for hospitality to his role. Raised in Peoria, Arizona, he began working in restaurants at a young age and quickly developed a fascination with wine. His career path took him through top dining destinations in Jackson, Wyoming, Flagstaff, and Scottsdale before returning home to Phoenix to join the Mansion—a property he admired since childhood and where he later proposed to his fiancée.
Holding certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers (Certified Sommelier) and the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET II), Daniel blends study with hands-on experience. Known for his thoughtful, guest-centered approach, he believes wine can be both approachable and profound, and takes pride in helping each guest discover the right bottle for the right moment.
Outside the Mansion, Daniel enjoys golf, exploring great restaurants, and traveling whenever possible. At home, his three cats keep him entertained, and he often unwinds with a good book and the company of friends.
MARIAH DIXON-DAVIES
Mariah Dixon-Davies is a Certified Sommelier at Geordie’s at Wrigley Mansion, where she brings dedication, warmth, and a deep appreciation for the stories behind each bottle of wine. She first joined the Mansion in 2019 as a server and, through hard work and a genuine love for hospitality, quickly rose to her current role on the wine team.
Raised in Truckee, a small ski town in Northern California, Mariah developed a strong work ethic early on through her passion for equine sports, beginning as a pony attendant at just 14. In 2011, she and her family relocated to Northern Arizona, where she split her time between Arizona and California before making Phoenix her home.
At Wrigley Mansion, Mariah values the opportunity to work with Arizona’s largest wine cellar and delights in sharing the beauty and complexity of wine with guests. Guided by the principle of selfless service, she strives to create memorable, meaningful experiences for every guest she serves.
Outside of work, Mariah enjoys caring for her extensive collection of houseplants, applying the same patience and dedication to her horticulture hobby that she brings to her hospitality career.
